Hair Care Tips:

• Wash bundles before installing- this process makes the hair flow 1000x better

• Wash bundles thereafter every 2-3 weeks to avoid dirt and oil build up

• If hair feels oily or stiff purchase a clarifying shampoo

• Air dry your hair whenever possible

• Use a heat protectant when using styling tools 

• Apply a dime size amount of hair serum or hair gloss to your hair as needed

• Wear satin bonnet when sleeping

14 days to exchange or receive store credit. We do not provide refunds. Items must be received in new/unused condition along with the original packaging. Items which have been altered in anyway will be rejected. Store credit is issued on a gift card and expires 365 days from the date of issue. Non-returnable items - serums, shampoos, conditioners, sale items, styling tools, custom/special orders. We do not replace or repair lace products such as closures, frontals and wigs.
