SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

  • Please Note: Ready -2-wear wig orders or items requiring special preparation may take 5–10 business days to process.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following delivery options:

1.   Standard Shipping (U.S. Only)

  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days

  • Carrier: USPS, UPS, or FedEx

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout

2.   Expedited Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 1–3 business days

  • Carrier: USPS, UPS, or FedEx

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout

3.   Local Delivery (Within 10-Mile Radius)

  • Delivery Time: Within 1–2 business days after processing

  • Fee: Flat rate of $20.00

  • Available for addresses within a 10-mile radius of our local headquarters

  • You will be contacted via email or text once your order is out for delivery

Order Tracking

For shipped orders, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. You can track your package using the carrier's website.

Local deliveries will receive a confirmation email or text with estimated delivery details.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories.

  • No P.O. Boxes—please use a valid physical address.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Island Glam Hair LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier for any delivery issues.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery addresses. Orders sent to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for reshipment or refund.
